Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and protective coverings are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the garment for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
